Client Relationship Management is one of the most critical parts of the business.

Our Client Relationship Managers are essentially responsible for handling the relationship with our main customers from onboarding on. Not only will you be the customer advocate inside Diool, you will help to expand the account and make sure that the client is satisfied. 

This means working closely with the product and ops teams for rollouts, determining new features, and troubleshooting.

Client Relationship Managers are sales people that are highly empathetic, good communicators, truly understand the product and users, and can understand complex customer requirements and organizations.

Native level French and at least Intermediate English (spoken and written) are required for the role.

Must be based in Douala or willing to relocate.
