We are hiring an Administrative & Accounting Officer to help drive Creative & Accounting for the launch phase in Africa, fast-growing region for IT services. Based in Douala, Cameroon the role will advise the IT Team on financial aspects and take care of administrative points.

Main Responsibilities

Consolidate financial statements in the customer system (Power BI, Dynamics 365, Qliksense)

Create simplified project specifications to enable stakeholders to have an accurate understanding of customer needs

Ensure the availability of all customer and C&A financial manuals and materials

Leverages full cross-functional resources within C&A to build long-term win/win relationships with clients.

Manage the follow-up of the internal accounting: Invoice, Quote, Tax Declaration.

Our Ideal Candidate

Ambitious, tenacious and highly organised, you have a good knowledge in Financian and accounting software.

Highly numerate with an equal focus on the top and bottom-line, you are used to operating in a complex and fast-moving environment to deliver results.

Your entrepreneurial, collaborative style sees you build win-win relationships with all with whom you interact.

You will need to be able to communicate, at business level, in both English and French
