ACDEMI is an education technology company, that uses technology to improve access to quality education amongst Cameroonian youths. 

We are looking to recruit Teachers or Graduates who have a mastery in Advanced-Level subjects for Anglo-Saxon system of education.

More precisely : Science subjects, Arts subjects, Commercial Subjects & Technical subjects.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Working with us to provide detailed solutions to past GCE questions in various Advanced level and Ordinary level subjects 
• Develops, plans, and implements curriculum, lesson plans, and educational programs for student audiences within areas of expertise
• Advises, tests, and teaches students audiences in a variety of academic subjects. Presents and reinforces learning concepts within a specified subject or subject area
• Answers student inquiries and resolves problems related to the academic curriculum and specific concepts students may find difficult to understand.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to use typing tools such as Microsoft Word
• Ability to provide detailed solutions to past GCE questions in specific subject of expertise
• Ability to evaluate, design, and implement curriculum, testing, and/or teaching methodologies
• Ability to develop and present educational programs and/or workshops.

Minimum Job Requirements :

• Must be a university graduate or undergraduate with subject expertise in one of the A-Level subjects listed above.

Working Conditions :

• This is a part-time job/ Contract position
• You will be working mostly remotely
• Recruits will meet the management team at-least once to build rapport and connect, but most of the job will be done remotely hence working conditions are in your control.

REMUNERATION

• No fixed amount for remuneration. Recruits will earn between 45,000 FRS - 150,000 FRS based on how much work load they can handle/deliver.
