Poste proposé : Sales Representative

As the Sales Representative you will be an integral part of the DIOOL team, managing the process, while working closely with our Co-founders.
Responsibilities

  • Making sure the client has in-depth knowledge about the product and how to use it in their daily business
  • Engaging the customer throughout the beginning of the sales process, through the KYC process and contract signing up until a handoff to an account manager for client onboarding.
  • You will be responsible for carrying out the quota for closing deals
  • Assisting the customers through out the KYC processes to make sure they submit all of the documents required
  • You will act as the customer advocate inside DIOOL, you will help to expand the account and make sure that the client is satisfied

Qualifications/ Skills

  • Enjoys coordinating and managing complex projects and groups
  • Is very well organized and comfortable switching between tasks frequently
  • Has a startup can-do attitude and a willingness to experiment and try new things
  • Has at least 3-5 years of similar experience
  • You should ideally be located in Douala or are willing to relocate
  • Native level French (C1) and Intermediate level English (B1) are required
